This is a 5-day-a-week position (weekends required on a rotation basis). The average salary for 1st year Technicians is $80K per year. We have NO CAP on the salary you can earn per year. 

Training Wage: $21 - $24/hr DOE; TECHNICIAN: Earn Bonuses after the Training period. TRAINING will be in our south-end Portland area close to SALEM, OR -- We will COMPENSATE for the extra driving during TRAINING.  ** Our Technicians need to have a good Driving record; as well as be able to pass our drug screen & background check if given an offer of employment. WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• "Mechanically inclined" individuals with 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrician, Car Mechanics, Airline Mechanics, or general Maintenance experience; military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date on the Plumbing Business
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Ability to read, write, and speak clearly)
• Open to working every other weekend [Rotation basis - you would have a 5 day work week] 
• Able to work independently
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
