Training Wage: $21 - $25/hr DOE; TECHNICIAN: Earn Bonuses after the Training period. 

WHAT SKILLS YOU HAVE:

• Mechanical Aptitude (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Car / Aircraft mechanics, Pool maintenance, Welding, Piping, Military Service, etc]
• Tools & Technology knowledge [we use iPads with MS Teams and Service Titan]
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with both customers and internal team members
• Able to work independently
• Valid WA / OR / CA Driver’s License with good driving record
