• 1.5 + Years hands-on experience (or apprenticeship) in Plumbing or related services (i.e. HVAC installation / Service / Maintinence)
• Mechanical Aptitude in the areas of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Car / Aircraft mechanics, Pool maintenance, Welding, Piping, Military Service, etc
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with both customers and internal team members
• Tools & Technology knowledge [we use iPads with MS Teams and Service Titan]
• Valid WA / OR / CA Driver’s License with good driving record [** Please note that to be an insurable driver you must also be 25+ yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience.]
• Able to work independently
• Ability to work a rotational weekend schedule (2 x's a month)
