The Role: You’ll engage with homeowners who are already interested in enhancing their homes through a trusted West Coast brand. These are warm leads—you’ll showcase our exceptional service, build rapport, and secure their appointment with confidence.
 

Average yearly Salary:  $60K - $110K per year [No cap on earning potential!]
Note:$25/hr during TRAINING; $22/hr (minimum) + COMMISSIONS after TRAINING. 

Expectant Yearly Pay: $60k/YR

HIRING BONUS: Receive a $2500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment

Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Schedules change based on job performance: revenue, efficiency, and the number of calls handled, You may earn the privilege to work remotely after 60days. After training, the shift to start is Saturday + Sunday with two weekdays off in a row. The Support Call Center in Woodinville, WA is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

What this position needs:

  • 2 + years of previous Customer Service skills (phone or in-person)
  • SALES experience is a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy helping others - customers and your fellow team members [It's a friendly environment around here!]
  • High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment. [Heading into a busy season...]
  • Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases [We use ServiceTitan]
  • Must have the ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data [You'll be taking notes for the customer files]
  • Excellent attendance is mandatory.
