We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Human Resources team. You’ll work closely with our HR, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership teams while supporting employees throughout their journey with the company. HOURLY PAY:  $25-$28/hr (DOE)

LOCATION: On-Site work at our Woodinville Support Center

SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday; 7:30 am to 4 pm  -OR-  8 am to 4:30 pm w/ 30 minute lunch break

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome candidates and guests at our front reception area.
  • Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruiting efforts by assisting with ATS administration, candidate communication, sourcing, phone screenings, reference checks, background/drug screening, and managing internal workflow processes for onboarding.
  • Provide benefits administration support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee requests and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Partner with payroll, IT, and accounting teams on HR-related tasks.
  • Schedule and host 30–90 day new employee check-ins.
  • Conduct exit interviews and share feedback as appropriate.
  • Coordinate HR compliance training programs (e.g., harassment prevention).
  • Assist with employee recognition programs.
  • Manage office and kitchen supply orders and restocking.
  • Occasional training, swag and collateral materials assembly and schedule FedEx shipments
  • Provide administrative support for leadership meetings, training events, and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years in HR, recruitment, office administration, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across diverse employee populations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM software.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
