We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a strong attention to detail. You will be successful in this position if you are a puzzle solver, out of the box thinker, and one who takes ownership of their job! This teams needs a self-starter and detail oriented person who is able to work efficiently to balance and prioritize multiple tasks within time constraints. You will work on a close-knit cohesive team environment, so reliability is key. This role is key to support customer needs, as well as dispatch and troubleshoot for HVAC Technicians, Plumbers and Electricians in the field. 

Pay Range: $22 to $25 [DOE]
Work Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday, performed on-site at our Woodinville Support Center 5 days a week. 

Qualifications:

  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Comfortable with different technology platforms and software (MS OFFICE)
  • Effective verbal and written communication style
  • Familiarity with the geography of Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and/or Los Angeles metropolitan areas is a plus
  • Initiative to investigate questionable items and follow-up through resolution in a timely manner
  • Customer Service skills a MUST
  • 1 - 2 years of Call Center experience a plus
  • Flexible and available to cover other shift times as needed 


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Dispatch technicians to installation locations
  • Communicate closely with technicians, sales representatives and other dispatchers to coordinate technician schedules, assign technician workloads and to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Handle phone calls to and from our team of technicians
  • Order, allocate, and verify inventory to ensure quality and timely service calls
  • Generate job tickets in the software program to record type and scope of work to be performed
  • Work as a team to help maximize the schedule potential on a daily basis
  • Assist technicians with limited phone and app issues

All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Our Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance; 401(k) plan; 6 Holidays and paid time off. All work will be done on-site, Tuesday thru Saturday at our Woodinville Support Center.
