As a fast-growing water heater installation company with a 5.0 customer rating, we have expanded our services footprint into Plumbing. We will be hiring for four driven Plumbing Trainees to join our next Training Session. ** We will start interviewing by beginning of MAY 2025!! **  If you take pride in your work and deliver outstanding customer service, we want you! 
 

TRAINING PAY: $24/hr

TRAINING SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm

SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• "Mechanically inclined" with 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Car Mechanics, Construction, or general Maintenance experience helpful; military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to train, learn and keep up to date on the Plumbing Business
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Valid WA Driver’s License AND good driving record [**Must be at least 25 years of age, have been driving for 2+ years, and have an insurable driving record.**]
• Ability to work a rotational weekend schedule after training

Our service area for this position is all over Northern & Southern WA Counties from Bellingham down to Tacoma. This position will train in at our Support Center in Woodinville, WA. Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off-hours. Will perform background checks and drug screening with an offer of employment.
