Calling All Puget Sound Superstars: Charismatic, customer-loving peeps who dig nailing down the details. Call Center pros, hospitality hustlers, and sales champs – we're talking to you! If you're all about blazing trails and owning your game, listen up: We are a well-established trades company looking for a new Customer Service Rep with excellent attendance, outstanding customer service, and crazy-awesome sales skills to join our team. Ever been there for someone when they really needed it? Doesn't that warm your heart? Well, get ready to work your magic! Your gig is all about hooking up our awesome customers with their dream appointments. You will conduct research, resolve issues, and support the sales team as a close-knit unit. This team is accountable for verifying information, scheduling customers, and communicating with various departments and customers. 


PAY: $22hr during training; earn Performance Bonuses after training; 1st year average = $37,000 - $50,000. There is NO CAP on earnings. Our top earners on this team are making over six figures! Will this be you?

Work Schedule: Working hours will be a combination of weekdays and weekends with shifts from 8am to 5pm and/or 10am to 7pm. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Schedules are based on job performance. [The Support Call Center is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.] This is a high-demand environment and excellent attendance is mandatory.

  • Your typing speed is lightning-fast at a minimum of 50 WPM. You could win a race against a cheetah on a typewriter!

  • You're always the ultimate team player, working like a well-oiled machine in a service-oriented dream team.

TRAINING: This opportunity entails on-site training for 4 to 6 weeks at our Woodinville office. Opportunities for REMOTE & Hybrid work are available AFTER training.
