Pay & Perks: $27 – $29/hr + BONUS per hire. Work with a close-knit team onsite in Woodinville, WA (Monday–Friday) - We will be reaching out to set up Phone Interviews starting April 2nd!

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience (1–3 years) as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiter 1, HR Admin, Office Admin, or Talent Acquisition team member
  • Sense of Urgency: You thrive in fast-paced environments and hit your metrics
  • Team Player: You are a collaborator and will uphold company best practices
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • People Person: You network like a pro and build strong relationships
  • Tech-Savvy: Microsoft Office; Experience with ATS or CRM databases is a plus
  • Problem-Solver: Confident decision-maker who takes initiative
  • Master Organizer: Juggles multiple priorities with ease
  • Customer-Focused: Positive, service-driven mindset
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the trades (This is a plus!)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing – Find and recruit top trades professionals through job boards, social media, events, and referrals
  • Candidate Screening – Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Pipeline Building – Maintain a steady stream of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Collaboration – Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Job Posting & Branding – Write compelling job ads to attract the best talent
  • Networking – Build relationships with trade schools and industry groups
  • Compliance – Ensure recruiting aligns with labor laws and company policies
  • Tracking & Reporting – Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Onboarding Support – Partner with teams across the company to ensure a seamless hiring experience
