What to expect this role to do? You will be responsible for the leadership, motivation, managing, and training of the company’s Installation Team. The HVAC Installation Manager is also responsible for creating an installation process and a goal-setting component to meet revenue and profit targets. There is also a need for a great understanding of the HVAC residential retail market and the necessary tools to bring success to the Installation team. You must exhibit strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills and customer service skills and have a high aptitude of managing labor efficiently to meet the profit goals of the department. Workplace for this position is a combination of in the field and on-site at the Woodinville or Marysville locations, depending upon Business needs. We service Snohomish, King and Pierce counties.

Salary: $75 -$85K [DOE]

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales Manager to drive customer sales and leads. Provide helpful feedback to sales on “sold versus actual”
• Lead, motivate, manage, and train the company’s Installation Team thru proper procedures and industry better practices. [This includes finalizing design, verifying needed materials, and field support.]
• Have a high aptitude of managing labor efficiently to meet the profit goals of the department. [Keeping track and adjusting needed labor hours daily/weekly.]
• Promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience out in the field.
• Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, installation methods, systems, and technology available within the market and the business.

Qualifications and Characteristics that you have:

• 5 years of Equivalent Operations experience and performance.
• 3-5 years of Operations Management experience and history.
• 5-10 years of HVAC Residential Retrofit experience and knowledge.
• MS OFFICE - Excel, Word
• Proven experience with Service Titan
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Education desired:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
