PAY: $19 - $21/hr [DOE] + Monthly bonus of up to $300.00. (That’s an extra $3,600/year!)

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Full-time, 40 hours/week.

What you bring to the job:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or warehouse related position(s)
• 1+ years of experience Inventory Management (Water Heater tanks and parts is a plus)
• Basic math skills to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and to convert decimals and fractions.
• Experience with computers - know how to use Word, Outlook, and Excel. Be able to assist with doing month-end Inventory & cycle counts. 
• Knowledge of / or experience with Customer relationship management software (Service Titan used here)
• Ability to communicate clearly - both written and verbal format
• Valid and active CA State Driver’s License [You will be driving a small box truck on a regular basis to deliver, pick-up or assist] - ** You must have clean driving record, be at least 25 yrs with driving 2 years +
• Forklift operation certification (or the ability to become forklift certified)
• High School Diploma or GED

DUTIES to Expect:

• Perform accurate monthly tank inventories and daily cycle counts
• Help with Stock Rotations
• Data entry to create purchase orders, process returns and exchanges; as well as apply for, process, and/or receive permits as needed
• Moving tanks and parts around the warehouse
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on stock, equipment, and facilities
• Assist installation technicians as Plumbers Helper in the field as needed
• Participate in safety teams as needed
• Other warehouse duties as they apply
