Description

Fast Home Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Sales Manager to oversee Fast Home Services’ growing Commercial Division, which serves Property Management and Light Commercial clients across Washington, Oregon, and California. This role is responsible for leading a multi-state outside sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring sustained revenue growth within the commercial customer segment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader with a proven record of building high-performing teams, increasing market share, and maintaining strong client relationships preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or water heater industries.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $80K / On Target Earnings of $135K
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
Location: In-Office at our Support Center in Woodinville, WA (Flexible with 25–35% Travel Across WA, OR, CA). This position reports to SVP of Sales & Marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outside commercial sales representatives across multiple states.
  • Establish clear sales targets, performance expectations, and accountability measures.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and quarterly performance reviews to drive engagement and results.
  • Support remote employees through structured communication, reporting, and on-site visits.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow property management and light commercial revenue.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and verticals aligned with company growth goals.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and forecasts through CRM tools to ensure accuracy and predictability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and client onboarding efforts.

Customer & Partner Engagement:

  • Maintain executive-level relationships with key property management firms, facility maintenance providers, and commercial clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market visibility.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and report on revenue performance, conversion rates, and sales activity metrics.
  • Provide leadership with monthly and quarterly performance summaries and market insights.
  • Use data-driven analysis to inform decisions and optimize team productivity.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B or commercial sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-region revenue growth and team performance.
  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related home service industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% to support regional team members and customers.
  • Valid WA Driver’s License with good driving record - [Please note that you must be an insurable driver and possess a current State Driver's License. You must also be 25 yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience.]
