Description

Fast Home Services is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Director to oversee and grow our corporate relationship with a large retail partner. This executive-level role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring revenue growth, maintaining alignment with corporate initiatives, and maximizing partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience managing large retail or Fortune 100 accounts, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes and influencing cross-functional teams. Past experience in a corporate leadership role at Home Depot is highly desirable.

This is a high-impact, senior-level role that offers an opportunity to directly influence the growth of a critical corporate partnership while reporting directly to the company’s top leadership.

Salary: $125K + Commissions [On Target Earnings of $200K]
Travel:  Up to 25% 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Leadership:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Fast Home Services and our Retail Partners corporate leadership.
    • Develop and execute account strategies that align with both Fast and Retail Partner objectives.
    • Monitor account health, revenue performance, and contractual obligations.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance:
    • Identify and implement growth opportunities within the partnership.
    • Ensure adherence to sales targets, cross-trade initiatives, and promotional programs.
    • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue attainment, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Home Depot.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational improvements, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
    • Facilitate alignment across internal departments (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional partnership results.
  • Team Oversight & Collaboration:
    • Lead a team responsible for in-store execution, training, and operational compliance.
    • Ensure field staff and sales teams are aligned with corporate objectives and trained on Home Depot processes and expectations.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Provide regular updates to the SVP and CEO on account performance, strategic initiatives, and corrective actions.
    • Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and KPI reports to communicate progress and opportunities.
  • Risk Management & Compliance:
    • Ensure all activities are compliant with corporate agreements, brand guidelines, and partner requirements.
    • Address operational or contractual issues proactively and escalate as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, sales leadership, or strategic partnership management with Fortune 100 [F100] or large retail companies.
  • Proven track record managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support account operations across multiple regions.
